Insurance and Billing

The Lancaster Cancer Center participates with most insurance plans, including a number of HMO programs. As a courtesy, we will be happy to file a claim with your insurance carrier provided we have the necessary information. Many insurance companies require a referral for your services; please ensure the referral has been obtained according to your insurance carrier's policies. Your insurance may also require a co-payment, which we do request at the time of service.
