Support Group

New Support Group Held at Lancaster Cancer Center

Being diagnosed with cancer leads to many challenges. Discovering that you have cancer, treatment, and navigating life post-treatment take a significant mental and emotional toll. It can be very overwhelming and isolating to manage life during and after treatment. Having a space to talk about how cancer has impacted your life with others who understand your experience can be very helpful. This support group will be a place to share honestly about the difficulties of life and changes that occur because of cancer diagnosis and treatment. This support group will provide a place to share openly, learn new coping strategies, experience emotional support, and gain resources to utilize during your journey with cancer.

Lyndsay Webb is a licensed professional counselor who is passionate about coming alongside people on their journey to healing while navigating the impact cancer and treatment has on life, relationships, and mental health. As a cancer survivor, she values creating space for people to feel understood and supported during a very difficult time of life.

Patients, their families, and caregivers are welcome to attend at no charge.
