How to file a Grievance

The Lancaster Cancer Center strives to create a harmonious working relationship between patients and staff members. Patients have a right to be free of mistreatment, neglect or verbal, mental, sexual, and physical abuse. Patients will be given the opportunity to report any grievances and be acknowledged with a response within 48-72 hours by the Compliance Office (Lori Gerhart BSN, RN, OCN.

Patient Incident Forms may be requested by a patient, family member, or outside vendor by asking any staff member. Patient Incident Forms are found in the staff directory.
